Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition. Please visit our Returns Portal to start a request and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, TONE by AMP ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more global destinations in the near future.
